The Dragonfly B&B is a comfortable one bedroom flat available in the leafy inner south suburb of Curtin.
Curtin is handy to Woden town centre, the Canberra Hospital, Calvary John James Hospital, ANU, Parliament House and the restaurants of Manuka.
It is adjacent to parks and cycle paths that will take you into Woden or the City within minutes and is a 5 minute walk to the Curtin shops and the bus routes.

Tariff:
2 night minimum stay applies (unless under exceptional circumstances).
$150 per night or $700 per week.
A continental breakfast hamper is an additional $15 per person per night.

WE OFFER A LONG TERM RATE (from 1 - 3 months $550pw or 4 - 12 months $450pw).
Deposit and cancellations:
A deposit of 1 nights accommodation charge ($150) is requested at time of booking. Balance of payment is due on arrival, or weekly in advance for longer stays. Although the deposit is non-refundable, it is possible to change the booking, subject to availability, providing this is done at least 7 days prior to arrival.
No Smoking policy:
There is a 'No Smoking' policy within the entire property. Guests who smoke will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
