Elms at Alroy is centrally located in the Belconnen suburb of Hawker, in a quiet leafy street. It provides guests with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom plus a large modern living area and associated north-facing deck area. A queen-sized bed is in the main bedroom, while a Moran sofa bed is in the lounge area.

High standard fittings, original artworks and quality bedding and furniture are features of the accommodation. Ducted central heating offers comfort in the Canberra winter. Guest amenities include tea and coffee making facilities, and a small fridge and microwave - as well as exclusive guest entry. Free broadband internet access is also available.

A generous breakfast hamper is provided, and there are five restaurants at the near-by Hawker Shopping Village (just 1 km away) and many more within a 5-10 minute drive.

Elms at Alroy is only 10 km (or 10-15 minutes drive) from the CBD, the Australian National University and most tourist attractions, and a short drive to Calvary Hospital, the University of Canberra, Belconnen Mall, Bruce Stadium and the Australian Institute of Sport. A short walk away is the Pinnacle Nature Reserve that offers walks in local woodlands with views over the Murrumbidgee River valley and the Brindabella Mountains.

Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome; an additional one-off charge of $50 applies in such cases.
