Comfortable, renovated home in quiet street. Three kilometres from Parliament House, and close to Canberra's other main tourist attractions. Two minutes by car from Manuka with its many restaurants. Train station 2 minutes, airport 10 minutes. Local bus stop less than 100 metres from front door. Hosts are semi-retired. Interests include history, genealogy, computing, music, gardening and embroidery. Friendly miniature poodle.
Bedroom has king-size bed and ensuite facilities. House is comfortably air-conditioned (heating and cooling). Breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit and fruit juice, a selection of home-baked breads and a variety of jams and spreads, with freshly-brewed coffee or tea. Smoking outdoors only.
